I hold a B.Sc. in Biology and am a qualified Level 1 MBSR Teacher (MBSR-QT) through the Global Mindfulness Collaborative (GMC) and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, teaching mindfulness for over 20 years. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Health and Well-being Coach with 10 years clinical experience in hormone health in perimenopause and menopause, with particular expertise in how stress impacts hormone balance during this transition. My passion is empowering all women to live their best lives, through the support of my group programs, workshops, retreats, speaking and private consultations.
